Tom and Son came out yesterday fitting me in on their tight schedule to fix my kitchen drain. Repaired my clogged drain and had reasonable billing and full use of kitchen sink again. Hard to cook with no sink.

I had to use Tom Ward a few times for plumbing repairs. They are extremely punctual, very professional and efficient.After work cleanup has been awesome. I also like the fact that they do not try to scare you into up sales and /or replacements if not needed. Pricing is reasonable . Would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys were great. The guys that came over to take care of a valve/back-flow issue were professional, completed the job in very short order, and the cost came in under the phone guesstimation. I know sometimes it doesn't work out this way, but these guys are great and honest. That's important! Will be happy to refer them to anyone of my friends and family... 5 stars all the way!

I was provided an estimate and the work was promptly and professionally performed a few days later (to install a hot water heater and repair a leaking valve).
