Peachtree Corners was the brainchild of Georgia Tech grad Paul Duke, who envisioned a planned community in the late 1960s that combined upscale housing with a campus for high-tech industry. Technology Park Atlanta opened in 1968, and over the following decade, developer Jim Cowart built the residential side: Peachtree Station, Chattahoochee Station, Spalding Corners, and the surrounding neighborhoods. Many of these homes are now 40 to 50 years old — exactly the housing stock we know best.
Established Peachtree Corners homes typically have plumbing components that have been replaced once or twice over the decades, but original supply lines, drains, and water heaters often need attention now. We handle full water heater replacements (including tankless conversions), supply line upgrades, drain cleaning, and the kind of careful work that an investment-grade home deserves.
The city officially incorporated in 2012 to give residents more control over development around Technology Park, and its smart-city Curiosity Lab has put Peachtree Corners on the map nationally. From the original 1970s Cowart-developed neighborhoods to the newer townhomes near The Forum, we treat every Peachtree Corners home with the honesty and skill that built our reputation across Metro Atlanta.
