Emergency Plumbing

A burst pipe at midnight. A water heater flooding the garage. A sewage backup that cannot wait until morning. When plumbing emergencies strike, Tom Ward Plumbing is ready to respond — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across Metro Atlanta.

What Counts as an Emergency

Burst or leaking pipes, major leaks of any kind, no water at all, sewage backing up into your home, an overflowing or uncontrollable toilet, a flooding water heater, or any situation where water is actively damaging your home. If you are not sure whether it is an emergency, call us — we will help you figure out whether it needs immediate attention or can wait.

First, Find Your Shut-Off Valve

In any water emergency, the fastest way to limit damage is to shut off the water. Know where your main shut-off valve is before you ever need it — usually near the water meter or where the main line enters your home. For an isolated fixture, the shut-off is often right under the sink or behind the toilet. Then call us, and we will take it from there.

Fast Response, Day or Night

We answer emergency calls around the clock and respond as quickly as we safely can. Because we are local to Metro Atlanta, we are not coming from across the state — we are right here. We will stop the immediate problem, assess the damage, and give you a clear plan to make it right, with the same honest pricing we are known for, even at 3 a.m.
