Berkeley Lake started in the late 1940s as a summer retreat of fishing cabins around an 88-acre private lake, formed by what's still one of Georgia's largest earthen dams. The city was incorporated in 1956, and many of those original lake homes are still here, now part of an extraordinary mix of vintage cottages, mid-century houses, and newer estate homes added through the 1994-on subdivisions.
What makes Berkeley Lake unique for a plumber is the range. We might service a 1950s cottage one morning and a 2010s custom build the next, both within the same one-square-mile city. The older homes typically need updated supply lines, modernized fixtures, and water heater replacements. The newer homes need expert tankless installation, complex multi-bath service, and the careful attention that high-end construction deserves.
Berkeley Lake is a Tree City USA community known for its quiet character and careful stewardship. We approach work here the same way — respectful of the homes, the lake, and the neighbors, with the upfront pricing and quality craftsmanship that has earned us a place in Metro Atlanta for over fifty years.
